What does Pritech do?

Pritech handles managed IT, cybersecurity, and CMMC readiness support for manufacturers and service companies with about 10 to 150 employees. We are based in downtown Chattanooga and serve Chattanooga and the greater Atlanta area.

Is the readiness check really free?

Yes. It is a no-cost, no-pressure review of your IT, security, and AI readiness. You do not have to hire us afterward.

We run a shop floor. Can you work around production?

Yes. We do not patch during a production run. We schedule that work with you so the line is not what stops.

Can you certify us for CMMC?

No. We provide CMMC readiness support. We help you see the gaps and work on the fixes. We do not certify you. A formal assessment is done by a C3PAO, not by Pritech.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $65, $135, and $175 per user per month. Essential is an essentials tier for smaller environments. The final price depends on your environment and is confirmed in a free quote. CMMC readiness support is scoped after the readiness check. Smaller shops with few computers can ask about per-site pricing.

How fast do you respond?

We publish response-time goals, not guarantees. For an urgent stop or a likely security incident, the goal is a response within 1 hour during the hours your plan covers. Complete includes priority response at any hour. Standard issues have a goal of 4 business hours. Planned requests have a goal of 1 business day. We write the targets into the agreement before we start.

What happens to our current IT person?

We would rather work with them than around them. Some companies keep an internal person and use us for the rest. Some move fully. We say which fit is right after we see how the work gets done today.

Where do you serve?

Downtown Chattanooga is home. We serve Chattanooga and the greater Atlanta area. Most of the work is remote. When being on site matters, we are close enough to show up.
